Officially the replacement is as I posted earlier planned for 2016. Due to the new situation the Russians wille have different plans.

Correct, Eysk is a Naval Air Station and the Su-33's and Su-25UTG's are there for several weeks of training. They used to train in Crimea (Saki or Novofederovka) but their new training center will be Eysk.
