there was not even an Orion deployed at Hato at the time the so-called intrusion should have taken place... if it were true, and the aircraft had been intercepted they would have had pictures to show the world and fully exploit it. an intrusion occurred in May 2008 by a USN Viking though, the comms ...

That is probably a bit exaggerated.... two main things to reckon with in these countries are criminals and authorities (in that order). So, check beforehand where you can spot safely, dont go to rough neighborhoods and an explanation in Spanish of your hobby will go a long way to prevent trouble wit...
