True, Alternate down gives an hydraulic full dump, not possible to reset by pilots so no closure of the doors and no nose wheel steering. (only brakes) During landing doors close a little bit due to ground effect, at slow speeds the doors begin to grind over tarmac. (No matter how light aircraft is,...
