Would have liked to see that too... I grew up with them (and "lead sleds"/T-33's) as my parents lived under the approa...

Nice pics! :shock:

Also good to see something "out of the ordinary";

Can you perhaps share some information on the technicalities of these pictures? (mm's, exposure, enhancing y/n?) TIA!

msn129 has an interesting history: it is ex-Air France, ex-Air Jamaica, ex-JetLink Holland fcs, no titles (operated by Tasawi/Tristar Air Cargo), Khaliffa Air fcs, Tristar Air Cargo (Khaliffa tail, JetLink logo, no titles)and now back to Tristar Air Cargo in full Jet Link Holland tail with Tristar A...

... not only that, but they state that they plan to come to Holland (which probably means the RNethAF's open day). As they say themselves: last year they weren't planned to perform at all but still did 11 meetings (9 in France); for 2008 they have an official OK for the airshow season. Always impres...

Thanks,

found the DHL 757 (OO-DPF) in the topic for today (5-1), as it departed 0100 and was logged by Martijn. Thanks to him, too.

Anyone for: the two UAL B767's (new c/s) that were present on the H-ramp around 1300? I think one of them was N646UA, is that correct? And were the same two aircraft still present around 2000? The 2 Atlas 747's, the white 747, the DHL 757 and the Gemini MDC10/11 present at Sierra-platform around 200...

Been to Vannes in 2005; two observations on that museum: it is a bit difficult to find; it is NOT located on the airfield itself (that is, in the hangars next to the tower)! You can find it in the woods on the eastern side of the field in some small, old German WW-2 hangars! Follow the route to the ...

Hi Iwan, the An225 is already parked on the taxitrack "next" to runway 18/36C, so, when leaving, it does not have to cross either overpass (A4/rwy09) you mention! It is already on the correct side of the A4 motorway. Two interesting observations given the weatherforecast and the time of departure th...
