The two numbers in the window are definitely the last two digits of the Manufacturer's Serial Number, so I am sure this is 31407

Can someone tell me who the owner of OO-WCT is, and what they will be using this helicopter for? It's MD Explorer (900-00030) ex N903LF and previously based in UK.

Robinson stopped taking deposits for R66s for EASA countries back in October or even September 2011 - and will only restart when EASA certifies the type. From other sources I see the Bell 429 was N449GB (57060).

The AS350B3e was 5N-AJZ not AJC - see http://www.airteamimages.com/big143494.html but the msn (7324) is confirmed by that photo.
