Req: Owner of MD Explorer OO-WCT?

Can someone tell me who the owner of OO-WCT is, and what they will be using this helicopter for? It's MD Explorer (900-00030) ex N903LF and previously based in UK.

It's probably quite new, because the official on-line Belgian Civil Register doesn't have it yet.
Maybe you should check this site regularly in the coming weeks

I'm aware of the OO online register and was just hoping someone may know or have heard it being delivered. It is a new registration this week, I believe
