Looks like an Mi-8/Mi-17 from a Slovakian company? I remember once seeing them. But since I am not really into civil, I didn't pay attention...

That's probably not a UAV, but a Verhees Delta. Which is a manned delta shaped aircraft. And is seen often in the vicinity of Volkel

This day there is a change of command at the EATC at 11:00. Just before that, at 10:30 Spain will become the 6th member of EATC.
So possibly some visitors in the morning?
