Possibly this ship has helicopters on board.
There are also Notams for Koksijde for the period from 16 May up till 4 July. Most likely related to the helicopters as well.
This seems very likely now! It arrived in Beaumont, TX at May-11th. Endurance finally left Corpus Christi and according to Marinetraffic is inbound Esbjerg, DK.
The Endurance indeed just docked in Esjberg.

AH-64E 16-03103 had a small white batch with something looks like a skull? Any idea about its company?

18-03238 had this on the engine exhaust too. Looks like a skull with 2 crossed (?)tomahawks behind it. I haven't been able to link this insignia to a particular unit yet, sorry.

Patriot is expected the 19th in Zeebrugge and will bring around 25 helicopters. Another ship is expected by the end of June to bring the last part.
