Tja... Woensdagmiddag is dat probleem dus ontdekt.
Geen idee hoelang het duurt alvorens ze voldoende kisten gecontroleerd c.q. gemaakt hebben.

Na het bericht dat het Nederlands luchtruim om 14.00 gesloten zou worden i.v.m. die naderende aswolk ben ik, en met mij nog een zwik spotters, in de auto gestapt en huiswaarts gereden. Na een half uur hoorde ik op de radio dat die melding van '14.00' een foutje was van Eurocontrol en dat het luchtruim nog helemaal niet op korte termijn gesloten zou gaan worden.
Ik kan me voorstellen dat de FF-missies voor vandaag verder geschrapt zijn, maar weet iemand of er niet alsnog wat lokale missies gevlogen zijn?

Despite the cancellation i think we were lucky today with about 3/4 of the mission airborne when the mission was cancelled. Last quarter was mainly KLu F16,s .Here is an attempt to log what flew today, at the time the mission cancelled it was getting harder to see which F16 belonged to which callsign :

Hi all,

Wittmund today, No phantoms flying... only a few turkish F16s and some french Mirage 2000N... (see wittmund on forum)

i heard they are grounded till maybe next week wednesday

Anyone got the ID for the 5th Polish F-16 which was on the flightline on the 15th? Presumably the other one was hangared?!
