As far as is known right now, helo's assemble at Eindhoven and then continue to the port of Rotterdam, using the temporary heliport in the docks that was used for the other rotations. No mention of Zeebrugge or Rotterdam Airport... and not very likely in my opinion.
I tried to make an overview of 3rd CAB helo's that got deployed, which may be of use for the redeployment. I used the logs from Chievres/Zeebrugge as well as some of the ones noted upon arrival in Volos, GR and passing through at Dresden (enroute to Poland). Mode S codes are listed if known.

-Add 11-20386 AE51BA, noted today, and 19-5-2020 over Romania.
-One with a questionmark, i noted 11-20396 AE51C3 on ADSB on 9/3/2020 over turkey using callsign Saint48, night have arrived by airfreight, or via Volos.

Two things ,08-20172 belongs to 2-1st AVN, was this left behind, and taken over by 3 CAB?, or did it sneak in to your overview by mistake?
And for the missing, pictures of the port of Volos showed at least 12 different AH64's, so at least 4 to go.
edit, next stop for all seems to be Linz/ Austria.

Thanks, 20172 was indeed used as cab/support for the arrival in Zeebrugge, but never returned to CONUS. Thanks for the great input/updates, most H-60 hexcodes are listed now.
