Stockholm - Arlanda (ESSA/ARN) - MIL 2013

Hi all,

Seen this morning at around 09:00 at Arlanda was USAF C-32A.
Was not able to take a sharp picture with my phone camera, so I could not read the number.

Anyone can help with the number??

Appears to be the 99-0003, according to a Arlanda spotters Facebook page.
