Thursday 3 Japanese frigattes are expected JDS Kashima,JDS Asagiri & JDS Umigiri .Last time a couple of years ago one had a Seahawk on deck ! (see Seawaves.com) hopefully thel will be at the Veemkade.(PTA)
One SH-60J is on deck. The 3 frigattes visited Rouen this weekend during Armada 2008.

they will be at the Java kade.
on Sat. 19/7 the Kashima will be open for visit from 13:00 till 16:00.
Anything about the helicopter??

16 juli Aankomst Japanse vloot in Amsterdam om 16:00 uur

I saw the Japanese Armada and made a few pictures,unfortunately the Seahawk was inside the the ship in the middle,hopefully it will be towed outside for the public viewing saturday:-)

Zateerdag ben ik 3 weken in zeeland op vakantie, liggen er dan dit soort schepen ook in Vlissingen?

Currently (Thursday 17-07-2008, 09.00) one UH-60J can be seen on one of the ships.

Could you be more specific about what you saw ?
Is the SH-60 vissible from "de kade" and is it the ship in the middle where the sh-60 is vissible.

The sh60 is visible from the quai and is on the ship in the middle,ship will be open saturday!

Ok, even more specific:
The UH-60 is on the deck on one of the ships (the middle one). It was OUTSIDE this morning (09.00). It can be easily seen from the Javakade (were the ships are moored), The Oostelijke Handelskade (On the other side of the harbour) or any train inbound and outbound south of Amsterdam CS.
