The first five ordered P-8A Poseidon (three more will follow later) will be delivered to MFG 3 from October 2024 until February 2025.
Only two P-3C Orion will fly until late-2025. Most probably this should be 60+04 and 60+08.

Six Sea King Mk.41 will be handed over to the Ukraine, this is planned for Q 2/2024 after training of pilots and technicians. Also spare parts and other equipment connected to the type will given to the Ukrainian Navy.

MFG 5 plans to paint another (last!) Sea King Mk.41 shortly and presumably 89+58 was chosen for this.
They should be some kind of flyout in spring and also some kind of „Good-bye Sea King“-tour formation around Germany.

First noted at ADSB in the morning of 8.2. is 24817, presumably former MFG 3 P-3C CUP 60+08, flying patterns at Nordholz. It is noted at ADSB as Portuguese AF callsign AFP76.
It’s roll out had the special coloured Sea King, top colour is dark blue.

24817 left as AFP77 in the morning of 9.2. and after reaching Portuguese airspace it was obviously escorted by another P-3C, 14810.
