I think these were the missing ones?

Thanks for correcting Erwin. 3182 would be well possible as the rotorblades blocked the view of the 8 and I was pretty sure the round serial was 0. I now see I should have been more carefull. Apologies for the confusion.

The missing serial should be 16-03084.

Where did this serial come from?? Where was it read?
How many stripes?
