Check over!
While I have to concur with you on the trouble of heathaze making our lives difficult... and also the annoying fact that the aerial refuelling pod on the wing of the A400 actually blocks the view on the serial when the aircraft are parked on the platform...

... I can confirm (in numerical order): 54+04, 54+06, 54+18, 54+21(*), 54+23, 54+24, 54+25, 54+31, 54+34, 54+39, 54+40

... I also have photographic evidence of the following additional A400, either flying or on the platform between 09.00 and 17.30 on the 14th of june: 54+17, 54+20, 54+26, 54+41

For the C-130's, you just missed the return of 89-9102.

This morning (around 0600lt) all 10 TDY ones (with the old KY ANG one) were on the ramps. Including 89-9102 154 TS AR ANG and the 92-1451 169 AS IL ANG.
With one KY dep and one KY arr there should be 10 on deck.
Perhaps you missed the TX one, little hidden behind two A400's..?

Also A400's noted were:
on the runway: 54+22 and 54+36
on the ramp: 54+04, 54+17, 54+18, 54+20, 54+21, 54+23, 54+24, 54+25, 54+33, 54+34, 54+38, 54+39, 54+40, 54+41
