Re: Mont de Marsan (LFBM) MIL 2019

CUJO

Thanks for your notes on the PdeF. It confirms what I thought, the list on the airshow news thread was wrong. Regarding the codes. These change frequently. I seem to remember at one RIAT they were changed between arrival and departure. Check out the aircraft and codes at Volkel!

Re: Mont de Marsan (LFBM) MIL 2019

I was talking about Friday. The main photo I have seen is for Friday. It has eight aircraft in it doing a oppostion pass of 4 aircraft in each direction. The first four a/c are very clear and Ian gave me the other two off a separate photo. On their first pass over the airfield we were round the back...

Re: Mont de Marsan (LFBM) MIL 2019

We saw the PdeF when we were round the back of the airfield. There was a formation of 9 plus a spare. The usual 10?

I have seen and can vouch for 139 as clear as a bell on a photo.

The Aviancas were PR-OCG and PR-OCX. The A.340 was T7-SAU. We were told that the A.310 was F-RADB.

Re: Radom 25-26 August2018

There were actually 5 PZL130 Orliks behind the WZL hangar: 024, 026, 035, 044, 049 The 2 SW4 in the hangar with the Orlik 025 were 6603 and 6606. 6606 was outside on the ramp on static display on saterday (and sunday morning?) When we could see the four on the eastern end we thought that 026 was st...

Re: Radom 25-26 August2018

The fourth Orlik was 026 on the westerly end of the line and could be read from behind the bar on the approach road to the middle entrance

I think you will find that G-DAYP is still in a civl colour scheme. Also I have not seen it reported recently so may be at Hawarden under conversion.

Re: EHLW 18-04-2018

I was going to ask the same question but slightly differently. Hope the following helps. After the afternoon launch on 18th which included C.15-16/15-03 C.15-33/15-20 C.15-35/15-22 C.15-41/15-28 There were three EF-18's left on the flightline outside the hangars. They appeared to be single seaters a...

Re: Geilenkirchen open house 1-2 July

I have just been looking at the position of the CH-53 fuselage and noticed what looks like another aircraft at N50.966257 E6.033604.
Does anyone have any clue what it is?

Mig 21 at Leeuwarden

During FF in April I saw what I believe was possibly the preserved Mig 21. I was looking from the road to the west of threshold of 06 towards the ramps just North of the Southern hangars. The 'Mig' was parked behind a Spanish Typhoon making identification difficult. I have tried all over the net to ...

Re: EHLW 28-03-2014 MIL

I am considering coming over from England on Monday. Can anyone confirm if flying is planned/likely Monday am and the likely sortie times am and pm?

Cheers Kevin
