Update will be given 'later this month' so probably about a week or a couple of days before the event.
So far only this is known (and not confirmed finally): should start 2 April in early afternoon and would end 3 April around midday.

Of course on the recent developments in the Crimea.

Brasilian E190 (VC-2) was on visit as in preparation for the EU-Brazil summit (attended by Dilma Rousseff) on Monday 24 Feb at Brussels.
Meeting starts at 9h55L and ends 12L with press conference as according to official press release of European Council.

Great probablity that these visitors are (with some exceptions) for the NATO Chiefs of Defence meeting:

start Wednesday 22nd at 08:00LT
ends Thursday 23rd at 14:30LT.

Is for NATO foreign ministers meeting at Brussels, meeting ends 4 Dec, exact time unknown but something in the agenda suggests that it will be around 14LT or in the not too late afternoon.
