Hey, Just back from a wonderful Japan trip. In 10 days almost 4000 km. One of the bases we visited was MCAS Iwakuni. Since the new runway is in use the photo opportunities dramatically improved. Wow what a base. Only sad that the sun started shining after 1 o'clock and by that time the sun is not in...

Op 11 januari 's-avonds geeft het ballet, koor en orkest van het Russische leger een optreden in het Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.

Weet iemand of dit nog iets oplevert ? Toch redelijk veel mensen bij elkaar..

Re: Izmir 4-5 June - 100 years TuAF - Participants

Does anyone has an idea where the a/c for the mass formation are flying from ? Also from Gigli or from Bandirma or something (3 hrs drive from Izmir) ?

See you there

Tankertown Ramstein 03-03-2011

Here a few pics from Ramstein in nice sunny weather and nice aircraft. On March 2 2 Wisconsin ANG KC135 and a KC10 arrived, they departed in the morning. Re: ETAR 03-03-2011

I think we have to be careful to use scanner reports or Mode S reports for movements. Luckily I was at Ramstein, 2 WI ANG KC 135's were expected and 2 WI ANG KC135's arrived already at March 2 and were expected for take-off. We got a phonecall that the 00348 was heading towards Ramstein but for unkn...

Re: July 14th flypast Paris

As in past years, Creil AB should be used for many aircraft with arrival on the 13th
Hi TinTin,

I thought last year Evreux was used for participating a/c, for the fighters and Le Bourget for the Aeronavale helicpters.

Looking forward to hear from you.
