Is het ook niet zo dat men de C-17 altijd op de parallel baan parkeert? Wat dan resulteert in een NOTAM dat deze niet open is. Wat trouwens ook een indicator is dat er eentje komt. Er worden ook NOTAMs gepubliceerd met vermelding van parallelbaan N/A, wanneer er een (letterlijk) lokale oefening gep...
