Greets,

AU-05 A35-005 is indeed 15-5213. 155213 was painted right above the 005 on the nose wheel door.

And just looked at some older AU-4 pics and she is indeed 15-5212. It has 155212 on the nose wheel door. Same as AU-5.

Re: F-35 from Japan to Woensdrecht this summer?

Klopt maar er staan geen US F-35s based in Japan toch? en waarom dan geen direct uit de USA? lijkt allemaal mij nogal onwaarschijnlijk ... Jawel, 12 F-35A's van 34 Fighter Squadron staan op Kadena AB. VMFA-121 is stationed there with 16 F-35B's. And Mitsubishi assembled the first F-35 by now as wel...

Re: Unknown F-111?

With the help of warbird radio I would agree its this one: FB-111A c/s: B4. It actually never flew. From F-111.net: B4 Fatigue Test FB-111A Charles Bogle reports that this test article was used at Fort Worth in the Engineering Test Laboratory. When it was no longer required, it was moved outside the...

Re: Hurricane Irma

Hurlburt Field went into Little Rock AFB and should be home bound today.
T-6's at Little Rock IAP are set for home today.
F-22's (Tyndall) and F-35's (Eglin) at NAS Fort Worth JRB are departing today.

So life is returning to normal for at least some of the evacuees.

Agreed.

And to think Shaw and Seymour Johnson are at Barksdale.
NAS Pensacola at Little Rock.
Fort Rucker at Redstone AAF.
And many others have dispersed on multiple other airfields.

Quite an amazing movement of personnel and equipment.
