I am not great in interpreting Notams, so my question is: does this NOTAM say that there's no flying between 12.30 and 14.00? And could this mean that the TLP mission takes place before or after that? If not, what sense does it make that the participants stay until friday. Is there a chance of them ...

Absolutely great shots! Were these taken from a normal public stand? And how many mm's did you use for these shots?

Participants list

Hi all,

a participants list for this event has been published on:

http://www.mil.be/15wing/subject/index. ... nl&ID=1328" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

but unfortunately I don't see many reasons yet to go there....even though it's published as the 'grootste open door'.

Yep, I noticed the Budapest Air Race pics too. Absolutely stunning, especially the ones in the first post, with the slow shutterspeed. In fact I was a little surprised to read Kiwi's comment on those pics, as he has shown to be such a vivid defender of artistic shots in this thread.....

I would say: boring, because it's the same picture as all the other people standing around you did make and published before you on the internet. For years I call these pictures 'Florennes pictures'. I am a spotter with limited time for my hobby due to workload and family. I only went to a couple o...

Haha, no need to bring on the flames, I agree with the fact that there's different categories of pictures. I just wanted to point out that everyone has his own goal for his pictures, and the composition is chosen in order to reach that goal. There are people who like to have a decent pic of every du...

A lot of spotter pictures lack composition, they all look the same. I think that's a rather blunt remark by Kiwi. The pictures don't lack composition, they are composed to the way that suits the photographer best. A spotter might want to have a picture for his archive and these pictures might as we...

Don't worry about the comments regarding the serial numbers. Does it matter which number they painted on the aircraft ? Not at all ! This is a photo forum, and not a serial forum. I am sorry to go of-subject here, but what comments are you talking about Iwan? Wolf32 and I just wanted to know why Co...

Ease up Thermal....Wolf32 didn't comment, he asked a question. I agree though, these are among the most spectacular pictures ever seen on this board and yet I wondered too why the numbers were removed. Especially as in older posts of Cornfielddjango, serials were visible.

Some nice shots in there. Question though: what's going on with the colors on two of the SEM's? Where has the dark grey gone?
