It belongs to ATAC, a private company hired by the USN for adversary duties, missile simulation etc. (At least) three were present at Key West in that period. I was on holiday with my family in the area around that period too. Unfortunately no base visit for me....

Hi all, yesterday morning, around 9.45am, I was about to enter the 'Koelnmesse' (Cologne Exposition Center) when I suddenly heard props approaching. It turned out to be a P-3 Orion making a low pass over the city. Great sight and sound! Anybody for the number (I guess it was German navy). Best regar...
