Wellicht een overbodige vraag, maar ik stel hem toch. Als een origineel digitaal beeld met een te lage kwaliteit is opgeslagen (door een foute instelling in PC) is dan dit digitale beeld nog terug te brengen naar zijn orginele waarde.
