85-24479 is non-EUR based AFAIK and according to the Scramble database a (former) EH-60A. I also just noted that 8 Blackhawks were heading to Bremerhafen earlier today, so I guess they have left already together with some support elements.

Thanks Leonard. I was there in December 2013 too and noted 26674 as (26)674, indicating the last three were white. 26574 was last noted in 2012 with the 2-3AVN. I'm still glad I didn't make a stop that afternoon (it was either Illesheim or Ansbach), but I did see some helo's parked on the apron from the Bundesstrasse 13. Did you count the numbers of Apaches on the ramp, or where these the only 3?
