Scramble Messageboard

I took this picture in north western direction of EHLW on 18-04-2012 during Frisian Flag 2012.
I think they are contrails of participating jets. With my binoculars I saw a pair flying.

Despite the distance and heathaze I like them I lot!

Ik zag vanmiddag inderdaad de Dakota boven Leiden naar het zuiden vliegen met lichte rook vanuit de rechtermotor!

Doesn't anyone have pictures of the Norwegian Viper dropping the parachute? We were surprised by its strange movements, but it seemed to be caused by two deers crossing the runway!

I saw the bird fly over Leiden direction south. I indeed noticed smoke coming out of the right engine if I'm not mistaken.

Sadly the Apache demo had technical problems. It should have been great at sunset. Also the eighth Turkish Star had technical problems. People interested in the time schedule don't have to buy the program. The time schedule is available at the information desk outside of the hangar. The program cons...

I saw the C-17 leave. I also saw 2 photographers standing near spotting location 8. Maybe they can submit photos of the leaving C-17.

No, it left yesterday at 1900LT.
I was surprised how little noise it makes when standing in line with the exhausts at about 600 meters distance. It used only half the runway.

It was my first to visit since the Hercules disaster.

Die Cougar vloog een rondje over het Museumplein waar 300.000 mensen hem goed hebben kunnen bekijken vanwege de geringe hoogte.
Daarna vertrok hij noordwaarts.

Rond 11.30 uur is een politiehelikopter geland op het Malieveld in Den Haag. Na ca. 10 minuten is hij weer vertrokken. Heb geen nummertje.

Borobudur's picture made it to the Telegraaf newspaper!

I have had a holiday in Jordan. On the way from Amman to a desert castle I could see F-16's on Al Azraq air base. And in Aqaba there was an air show of the Royal Jordanian Falcons. I believe they were exercising.
Jordan is a beautiful country to visit.

I like the great colours used in the camouflage schemes!
