What spotting conditions are officially, I cannot tell you. Unofficially they are okay. I never experienced problems at Mactan. Please be careful at the military spots, but they are the most fun. There are loads of stored Hercules aircraft at Mactan. And lots of Huey's flying around. People are frie...
