You are right with the registration. Most likely that's the former D-IMCE (c/n 500-0370) which is still in the LAAS-Database with that reg.
D-IMCE was stored for a long time in MGL with the regs SE-DEY, then D-IMCE and most probably after that HA-JEB (always same colors).
Nice to see that some of you are also interested in this small airport :wink: SE-DEY is most probably stored, I never saw it in action but this aircraft is there perhaps since a year, maybe longer... It seems that the ATR's of RAM Express also are stored, like most of the ATR's in MGL at the moment....
Hey all, Mönchengladbach is not often visited by spotters as there are bigger and perhaps more interesting airports such as Düsseldorf or Cologne around. But "EDLN" has some quite interesting visitors aswell! For sure, it is a question of your interest - military aircraft for example are rare to see...
