Re: 3rd CAB helicopters outbound Europe

If it is moored with the front to the west you should be able to see the choppers rolling into the ship ?! Vessel Endurance was facing East and was loaded from the stern ramp. In theory you have a clear view from the Droogdokweg. By the way the Endurance is underway from CONUS and is expected to ar...

The part where it says 'MRS' and presumably the south side of that quay is a likely mooring place.

If I'm not mistaken last time the Endurance was moored on the northern quay of MRS.

Re: Operational Dutch F-16's

June 2020 was a month with little change to the fleet. J-879 returned to active duty after maintenance in Charleroi, all 322sq aircraft have now flown in 2020. The J-135 of 322sq got 315sq stickers applied as the last action of a retiring crewchief. Please find below the June 2020 updates (in red): ...

Re: Trump confirms plans to pull some US troops out of Germa

Anyone want to speculate where the Spang Vipers might go? CONUS or perhaps move east to an airbase like Poznan? Rumours are getting stronger that 480FS will move from Spangdahlem to Lask, announcement expected later tonight (21:30 CET) when President Duda of Poland and President Trump give a joint ...

Re: 3rd CAB helicopters outbound Europe

Surprising indeed. Looking at googlemaps i noticed they have little up to no warehouses on that location. During the previous rotations the choppers were dismantled and stored inside the warehouse until the Endurance arrived. Could it indeed be a mistake, and for rolling stuff only? Keyx, the Endur...

Re: 3rd CAB helicopters outbound Europe

This time a new location will be used for embarkation in Rotterdam. It will happen in Waalhaven, near Hellouwstraat. 8) Good luck. Thx Ecm for the heads up! With the last rotation only the rolling vehicles and containers were loaded from this location. If this is the case then with an approach from...
