Saw PH-BDE (all white) outside on Saturday (27-09) and saw it take off (from a distance) on Sunday afternoon (28-09). Testflight or delivery? And, if delivery, as PH-BDE or as A6-JUD? And, as for the repaint on PH-BDA, out of service was given as "2nd half 2009"; wouldn't call that "a few months": c...

BAF representative Vanderfeesten told us during the departure of the RJordAF F-16's that they were working with the USAF to get a dedicated tanker on base and if possible a dedicated bomber (B-1 or better) as well. They already had the right kind of contacts; now let's hope they'll succeed in pullin...

In which case the remarks of Hans Rolink are "spot on" :thumb: Zou...

Two observations: 1. The Tornado has AT LEAST a fake canopy, but judging from the pictures the overall shape is OK so it MIGHT be real 2. Wasn't Blue Tornado about Starfighters? Or was there also an earlier film with Dirk Benedict that was about Starfighters (Blue Starfighter?) and was Blue Tornado ...

Slowly but surely all the gaps are being filled. Thanks a lot!

As for the "Royal Jordanian A321" (which was apparently not what I saw), it was an aircraft that departed from 07L around 0930 lt. If it wasn't RJA, it was a backlit, but still very dark coloured A321. Perhaps someone remembers this bird?

REQ: info on civvies during airshow-day at Melsbroek, sep 14, 2008.... It is visible, it's the delayed flight from yesterday; TF-ARJ confirmed
Of course, that makes sense. Why didn't I think of that myself? Definitely a case of "monday morning" Thanks Jeroen!

Nice link, fascinating insight into a fascinating aircraft and its inventor. Thanks for pointing it out! Flipside for non-Dutch-speaking forum readers: it's in Dutch!
