Landing today at Heraklion, a Russian A320 with serial VQ-BBM (first I thought it was mil, but honest mistake):

Thanks guys, I know my way around Crete after my tenth visit. But, never I saw F16's at Heraklion. I did see Mirage 2000's there many years ago, but nowadays mostly a C130 of C27. I will hopefully see some more.

Eventhough my holiday at Crete is about familytime and rest, I will do some spotting if I get the chance. My first one was yesterday, as 2 Superscoopers flew by our appartments in Koutouloufari. Didn't see that one anymore. Locals were flying "de pannen van het dak", up 'till the point of being annoying. But hey, better something than nothing. And, they did some other patherns than usual. Anyway, the following birds are the ones we've seen today between 10.00 and 16.00 hrs. Locals...
