Yes, it has to do with your camera settings. The first picture you use a shutter speed of 1/640 in the second photo you use a shutterspeed of 1/800 you can see that this picture is sharper already. Try to keep your shutter speed not lower than 1/1000 or even 1/1250.

Nou ben ik niet zo van de militaire kisten, maar ik vind wel dat de overheid (lees KLu) weer eens massas boter op hun hoofd heeft.
