Looked like UK ones, to far to read number though I also have seen them while driving near Woerden, only one or two minutes later a Bell206 (like?) helicopter passed Woerden in West/North-West direction (possibly SPL). You are talking about number 15 here, this is indead a KC-135. But number 16 is for sure a C-5! No doubts about that...
