What are these numbers by the back door? What's their meaning? Are they painted simply with white paint?
I never new RS has got so many C-130s (looks like new tails for me). Since when?

I was convinced SMS Europe is published yearly. Was I simply wrong? Or maybe there were any special obstacles in publishing SMS-E this particular year.
