Canon EF-S 18-135mm heb ik nooit gehad of geprobeerd, dus kan er helaas niets over vertellen. Het lukte niet meer om het weer in elkaar te zetten. XD Heb alles goed gecheckt tijdens het uit elkaar halen en apart gelegd van waar en bij welke ring oid gezeten heeft maar mijn geduld hield er helaas mee...

Zelfde probleem gehad indd met de 17-85, maar voor de rest vindt ik dat het een top lens qua qualiteit heb gehad van de kleinere lenzen. Ik heb het met die lens 2 jaar volgehouden voordat indd het kwaaltje van error99 om de hoek kwam kijken, en een maat van me heeft hetzelfde probleem ook ondervonde...

Blijkbaar dus een slechte lens op verschillende gevallen.
Nu wel wat duidelijker over deze lens dankzij een betere uitleg..

Mijn tip is om in ieder geval NIET voor de 17-85mm F4.0-5.6IS USM te gaan! Die lens is niet echt om over naar huis te schrijven. Waarom zou je er niet over naar huis schrijven??? Beetje zinloze info als je niet kan vertellen waarom het een slechte lens is. De 17-85mm is voor beeld qualiteit erg goe...
