The C-130 (AFP15) went south again, passing Utrecht around 12:50lt following a similar track as the Orion did. Today, around 1625lt, four trails (and dots resembling F-16's) could be observed overhead Rotterdam. These were Trend21-24lft (31st FW "AV") inbound Spangdahlem. One of the explanations I received was that, although the KC-10 frames are younger, most airframes have flown more hours then the average 135's. The KC-10 fleet was much smaller, putting the frames to much more flying hours as the KC-10's supported pretty much every overseas fighter deployments due ...
