It must be the EM0070. We saw it twice above Izmir-Adman Menderes When we spotted the three preserved aircraft on the hill. (2x F-5, 1x F-104)

Thanks Erik and the 63-8040 must be from NJ ANG instead of PA ANG. After 3 may it was read off as NJ ANG.
