Looking at the tail of the Mirage 2000C no.85-103-LK, it's not the B.A. 188 Djibouti badge but the SPA 69 badge of E.C. 3.11 Corse.
This former Toul-Rosières Jaguar unit is based at Djibouti, replacing E.C. 4.33 Vexin.

I agree,
To all spotters, please don't take pictures at Dutch Airbases with all kind of infrastructure in the back ground. For example at EHLW there are some special places where spotters are allowed to take pictures. That's it. Please respect the rules at any Airforce base!

I think all the discussions about closing EHLW can be knocked off. There is a recent agreement between the Dutch MOD and the Society De Friesche Elfsteden. In case in there will be an ice- skating race along the eleven cities in Friesland in the future , a lot of facilities are then available at EHL...

Well, I thought the present political coalition has still the intention not closing EHLW during the coalition period. So there must be some misunderstanding about the future of EHLW or is there a new view? Did I miss something? For sure the members of the " Milieu Taliban " are sharpening their knif...

Hi all, 303 Sqn. and the rescueflight of 7 Sqn. Marheli will form a combined SAR flight within 860 Sqn. They will operate from De Kooy with the NH90 from 2011 on.
