Sorry my mistake: C-32B in RST in January 2016 was of course 86006, not 86001.

I am also following the secretive C-32Bs. When ADS-B offered the list of a/c ( unfortunately deleted late September 2019) I found out that once last year 25001, 09001 and 96143 were all noted the same time over different locations in the US. The other 9 ones were 88602, 88603, 68611, 43142, 74635, 55822, 55831, 65840 + 1, all noted two days before but no movements since except those on Sunday. There 14 RS-Herks, and the missing 4 ones are 88601, 78608, 83176 and 15736. GIA 41663 does not fly and is not in the active component.

Are the KC-135s parked in their usual positions?

There are still quite a few UH-60Ms and a few HH'60Ms missing. Are they still expected at EHEH or do they return to CONUS via another harbour in Europe?
