Well a B-1B could be possible, I visited the NATO tiger meet at Beja in 2002 and there was a B-1 on saturday and another one on sunday!!
Times were different back then but you never know.

IAF KC707 272 was clearly visible south of Arnhem flying to Dover, DE.
Also seen OTT today east of Arnhem was a German NH90, a US Navy P-8A, and some KC-135s and C-17s.
