At 17.30 there were 3 Air Bridge Cargo 747's @ vracht centrum, one of which was VP-BBL, anyone for the other two?

What exactly do you mean by 'operational plan'? A map of where to go can be found on my website (http://www.katsudo.nl/aviation/?p=793).
A plan of when to go is not available. Just go, wait and get lucky (or not). I have never been disappointed yet, although I have only seen Chinooks each time.
