Re: Madrid-Barajas (LEMD/MAD) - 2010 CIV

Madrid, Monday 15 November 2010 After an early breakfast I took my last walk from our hotel to the airport. The first 3,5 hours I spotted from the earlier mentioned corridor, then I went through security and resumed spotting airside. Our return flight, KL1702, was again about one hour late. Thanks ...

Re: Madrid-Barajas (LEMD/MAD) - 2010 CIV

Madrid, Sunday 14 November 2010 Today I visited the airport twice, for almost three hours in the morning and 1,5 in the afternoon. At the moment I am still looking for three registrations, namely an American Airlines Boeing 767 that touched down on 33L at approximately 10:15, a Saga Airlines Boeing...

Re: Madrid-Barajas (LEMD/MAD) - 2010 CIV

Madrid, Saturday 13 November 2010 The next day I returned to the airport while my travel companions headed for the city. Spotting was done from a hallway inside terminal 2, where a couple of large windows provided a decent view over part of the airport. In the five hours that I stayed there out of ...

Re: Madrid-Barajas (LEMD/MAD) - 2010 CIV

Madrid, Friday 12 November 2010 Recently I stayed a few days in Madrid. My flight, KL1703, arrived about one hour late. The delay was caused by runway limitations due to stormy weather in the Netherlands. PH-BXL landed on 18L and arrived at terminal 3. After leaving the aircraft I decided to stay a...

Re: My hollidays in Iceland USA&Canada including 787+Blue angels

Like Nusty said, it's a low budget camera, but I've also used it intensivly.. Lot's of photography from all kinds of subjects. 6 big hollidays and some airshows and some days of spotting. Wich really pushed it to the limit I guess.. But Canon repaired it without any costs for me, so I'm happy. Good...

Re: My hollidays in Iceland USA&Canada including 787+Blue angels

I just checked KLM.nl. They still fly there. KLM doesn't fly to Reykjavik. Icelandair is your only option on the Amsterdam - Reykjavik route. As long as I remember this has been the case. How did you check the KLM website? Furthermore, I didn't mean Keflafik Airport as a stop-over destination but j...

I am not sure. It sounds ridiculous that a digital SLR breaks down after only 18 months.
