According the Freebird database it's Bell 206B JetRanger III (ex?) TG-WOH and reported crashed 09may1992 and noted as wreck in 1997 (location unknown).

Just for info: the Clipper Aviation Cessna T206H D-EBPK floatplane crashed a few hours later !

According the FreeBird database Bell 205A-1 c/n 30313 has serial L81-715. But they also give serial L81715 for Agusta Bell 205 c/n 4482 ??

c/n 262 was Bell 206A JetRanger ZS-HCP of Court Helicopters (later modified to 206B JetRanger II standards) and W/O 31jan1978. (And now maybe on rebuild?). The current ZS-HCP is an Agusta A119 (c/n 14061).

A Merpati Nusantara Airlines DHC-6 Twin Otter passenger plane was reported missing when it failed to arrive at Oksibil Airport (OKL) after a domestic flight from Jayapura (DJJ). Merpati Flitht MZ9760D took off at 10:15 with an estimated time of arrival at Oksibil of 11:05. Contact was lost at 10:28....
