The Great Gatso was right . Aircraft is now parked in front of QAPS, nose Eastwards. Colors on the MD82 is Belle Air (of Albania?)

I did see the C135 just before landing but the nozzle could clearly be seen, hanging out of the tailboom. Is that standard or could this nozzle not be retracted?
