I thought it's some sort of logistical point in Europa for the Canadian Air Force. Years ago there was a Canadian C-17 visiting Eindhoven AB to see if Eindhoven was suitable for this but i guess not because they still go to Koln-Bonn and use it as there 'hup' enroute to further destinations.

Op vrijdag werd de Spaanse Eurofighter aangekondigd met: "En hier is ie dan! De Eurofighter van die Luftwaffe!" :? Wellicht snap ik niet goed dat zo'n fout gemaakt kan worden hoor maar het programma was toch al wel bekend en de meeste mensen weten toch wel dat Duitsland geen solo demo's me...

ADS-B shows it as being a A320, serial 555...

And maybe also a fourth Herc. RCH320 is flying in the same direction over south England.

Heads up. There are 3 Herc's flying from GB to NL. First one is to enter NL at the Den Haag area at 23000ft, RCH655. Other two following, RCH473 and RCH270. Not certain which exact direction though.
