The website will be kept in use, for announcements regarding the Tiger Meet (and it's spotter days)

Hello Frank, At the spotter day the registration will close at 9.00 LT. After that, you can't enter the base, so be sure to be on time. Expect to leave the base on 17.00 LT. Nobody can enter or leave the base between 9.00 and the end of the last mission. So yes, you will be there during two missions...

That's correct, as long as you are on the participants list, which is based on sold tickets!

The only things you need for an airshow is a place to stow the public and some sort of a display line. Seems to me Cambrai-Niergnies suits the job. Of course the aircraft will fly from Cambrai airbase.
