Newbie in mil air listening.

After listening to civil air for years, now i've got a scanner which also covers the mil airband. I've searched the internet for mil freqs, but I think I'm lost now. There are a lot of freqs of Dutch Mil, Bandbox, Rapcon, refeuilling, AWACS, air to air, etc. My question is; what are the most common frequencies for military aviation in the Netherlands? For instance: which Dutch Mil freqs are mostly used?

So, which frequencies are a "must have" in your scanner?
