I just find out that they changed the NOTAM, so SSB Arrival is permanent.

Why permanent?

First it was unserviceable, but now it's active again.

Dutch Mil just did a radiocheck with NAF35 on RAPCON West: 375.8750 MHz.
So maybe this channel wil be in use again soon.

I can confim now that 375.8750 MHz is in use again, since last week.
