MIL UHF Changes

As from 5 December 2019 0800 Zulu some military UHF frequencies will be replaced.

Known so far:

At this moment tanker freq in the Polly and Carol track is 299.600 , anyone knows the new one?

Also, I haven't seen any new Ops frequencies.
Will they also change and if so, are they known?
For example Ramstein AMCC 355.800 or Volkel's 312sq ops 244.425

Roberto, this is not a new one, see for instance : https://www.scannerforum.nl/index.php?topic=16503.180 where it is mentioned in 2018.

The AIP list a lot of frequencies, i have not checked if these are indeed new for the local airport, or still the same as before.
