Collection at 03301 Besson, France?

Post by Polleke_NL »

According to the new Aviation Museum book of Bob Ogden, there should be a small collection of old AdlA/AdT aircraft.
(1 x Mirage V, 1 x SNJ-6 Texan, 2 x SA341F Gazelle and 1 x Alouette II)

Does anyone know the exact whereabouts? I can't seem to locate them on GE and the book doesn't give an exact location...

Thanks in advance !

Site is also mentioned in the EMOOS 2007. But then only containing a Mirage 5F #37. Forward Fuselage only and a dismantled SNJ-6 which could also be T-6G 51-15060. Also present are two civil Gazelles and an Alouette 2? Does Bob Ogden mention they are ex military?

Hi,

When you go there. I am very much interested in any details (pictures?) of the T-6. Very unlikely it's a SNJ-6. As stated it has been reported several times as being T-6G Texan 51-15060.

Regards,

Benno

Thanks for your replies guys but neither of them answers the question: where are these aircraft located exactly?....
The Bob Ogden book mentions that exact whereabouts are unknown and honoustly, I will not knock on each and every door in Besson to retrieve these few aircraft as this is too time consuming to match my agenda so I was hoping to get a more specific location.
