does anybody which F-16 this is? I know it's almost totally stripped but the mainframe must be allocated to a regi?

Not a realy production airframe... it's a composite frame, which has been put together from several different General Dynamics/Fokker/Lockheed F-16 parts. It has no c/n nor a registration I believe, and so it hasn't got any flying hours...

December 1st I photographed them both. The Mi-8 is close to the road and you might miss the MiG-21 far from the road, if you drive from Kraggenburg towards Marknesse! If you come from the direction Marknesse you can see it easily from the road!

I checked out both aircraft yesterday. I didn't notice the MiG when arriving from the Marknesse direction. It is indeed far from the road, but not difficult to find; there are even signs pointing it out. The aircraft are in original colours, in reasonable condition and unobstructed in the open terrain; the Mi-8 especially makes for nice photos.

TEUGE - Vliegveld Teuge is een blikvanger rijker, ook al duurt het nog wel even alvorens iedereen die kan bekijken.
Vanochtend werd er bij de nieuwbouw van Leverco een straaljager afgeleverd. Het vliegtuig, dat jarenlang dienst deed bij de Duitse luchtmacht, komt te staan bij de ingang van het bedrijf dat rond- en zakenvluchten verzorgt en ook vliegtuigen verhuurt.
"De straaljager wordt dit najaar op een sokkel gemonteerd en wordt onze poortwachter", vertelt directeur Lex Versteeg van Leverco.


Zijn bedrijf bouwt momenteel nieuw bij het vliegveld. De hangar is al af, terwijl het kantoorgedeelte zijn voltooiing nadert.

De straaljager is van het model F100-Sabre . Dit type was ooit het eerste jachtvliegtuig dat de geluidsbarrière doorbrak en was daarmee - in 1953 - het eerste supersonische vliegtuig ter wereld. In ruim twintig jaar werden er bijna 2300 van deze straaljagers, die met name bekend zijn uit de Vietnam-oorlog, gemaakt.

De Sabre van Leverco behoorde tot de Duitse luchtvloot. Dat is ook nog altijd duidelijk te zien aan de beschildering van het vliegtuig. De schilderingen blijven. Versteeg: "Die hóren bij dit vliegtuig."

Dit is geen F-100 maar een CL-13B oftewel een F-86.

Had some time to visit some wreck and relics in the eastern part of the Netherlands.

7902 MiG21MF ex Polish Air Force

Think the best looking (private owned) wreck and relic in the Netherlands. The MiG is put on a pole and can be (radio controlled) turn around, nose up and down position, landing gear up and down, speed breaks open and closed, lights on and out. The owner was willing to show me all, which gave some nice pictures from all angles.

The Mi24D (0219) is not longer present. The son of the owner told me that the heli was sold again after using the engines. He did not know to who/where, but is was someone who has a lot of these kind of planes. Sounds to me that the Mi24 went to Piet Smedts in Baarlo????


Can anyone confirm this or tell me where the Hind went to?

Yes, I can confirm that the Mi 24 is in fact in Baarlo.
